TUITION
(Pre-paid registration is required)
Tuition includes conference registration, Beebe Dinner, breakfasts, lunches, and the course syllabus.

Add $50.00 to the above rates for on-site registration. This course may fill so on-site registration is not guaranteed.

* Residents and students must include, with the registration form, a letter of verification from their program director.

Only registrations paid with a credit card can be accepted by fax @ (518) 262-5679.

Tuition Refund Policy
Refunds, minus a $25.00 administrative fee, are possible if written notification of cancellation is received by March 25. After March 25, one half of the paid tuition, minus $25.00, will be reimbursed upon written notification.

Conference organizers reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any program because of unforeseen circumstances.

Confirmation
Registrations will be confirmed by mail. Should you register and not receive a confirmation notice at least two weeks prior to the conference, please call the Office of Continuing Medical Education at (518) 262-5828 to confirm that we have received your information.
